On Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees will be able to visit a variety of exhibits in the assembly exhibit hall. Many will feature hands-on product demonstrations and opportunities for one-on-one consultations.
New York ACEP reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, New York ACEP will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants.

Discounted room rates* have been arranged for Assembly attendees only. In order to secure New York ACEP's discounted rates, your Assembly registration or exhibit application must be received and confirmed by New York ACEP to access the room block rate. Registrants are strongly encouraged to register with New York ACEP and make reservations with the Sagamore prior to May 26, 2016. Once registered, the group code for New York ACEP's room block will be provided. The room block rate is for exhibitors and registrants only. Those whose registrations can not be confirmed will be removed from New York ACEP's room block.

Weather & Dress
July on Lake George can be warm during the day and cool in the evening. Expect a daily high temperature of 80-85 degrees and a low of 68-75 degrees. Dress for the assembly is resort casual. You may want to bring a lightweight sweater for inside.
