New York 911 Network
New York ACEP continues to expand and refine our impact on the legislative and political process through grassroots activities.
We need physicians, like you, that care and are willing to advocate on behalf of emergency medicine.
In 2011, the New York State Legislature will begin to tackle the implementation of health care reform. Now more than ever it is important that emergency physicians have a role in shaping health care policy on behalf of our patients and our specialty.
Ideally, emergency physicians in each district will develop a relationship and rapport with the senators and assembly members within the district and make a commitment to keep well-informed of New York ACEP's legislative priorities.
With your help, New York ACEP can continue to advance emergency care in New York State.
