New York ACEP will promote the value of ACEP membership, enhance communication and increase participation of its varied membership.

Make New York ACEP membership essential to emergency physicians and physicians in training

Focus on increasing young physician membership

Focus membership recruitment on state residency programs, to increase residency program director involvement and focus on faculty recruitment in programs with minimal representation

Create and offer a residency visit program

Assist members with career development through forums, educational programs, networking and mentoring to help physicians make transitions throughout their careers

Provide avenues to address physician well-being
