Mailing Labels
Organization or institutions which promote educational materials or courses may obtain the labels at a cost of $ .10 per label, plus a $25 set-up charge. Organizations or institutions interested in recruitment or promotion of emergency medicine related products or services may obtain the labels for $ .15 per label, plus a $25 set-up charge.
Requests for the use of mailing labels will be made in writing to the Executive Director of the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
The Executive Director of the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians will have the responsibility to approve or disallow such requests. The Executive Committee or the Board of Directors will resolve any difficulties arising between parties requesting the mailing labels.
The New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians will not allow use of mailing labels to advertise products or services in direct competition with Chapter sponsored or endorsed products or services. The Chapter will not support any outside educational program held within 30 days of a Chapter educational program.
Each order for mailing labels is for a one-time use only for the purpose and materials submitted and reviewed by the Executive Director. Each rental is a separate contract between the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the user and shall imply no obligation of the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians to enter into future agreements for use of the labels.
Labels will not be issued for outside educational programs held within 30 days of a Chapter educational meeting.
All rights to distribution and use of the labels are solely the property of the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. The labels may not be reproduced or stored in any manner, either in part or whole.
