With
Life-long Learning and self-assessment reading lists over
your heads, chances are you may not have the time to keep abreast of
all the contributions your neighbors have made. The reason
for developing this new section in the chapter's newsletter, the Empire
State EPIC and on our website is to provide you with a brief overview
of some of the research that is being published in Emergency Medicine
from institutions throughout New York State.
It by no means
is a critical appraisal of the literature, nor is it fully comprehensive.
The articles listed here were abstracted from a hand search performed
on PubMed and is limited to papers published since the last issue
of our EPIC. Since information, which by its very nature holds potential
to impact future work, needs to be timely and comprehensive, I ask
you, our members, to help identify interesting articles and research
that I may have missed.
If you would like
to recommend a recent article to be included in our next publication
please forward the bibliography to tgaeta@nyacep.org.
Your feedback on this new section is appreciated.
Listed below in
alphabetical order are links to all of the research published in our
newsletter, the Empire State EPIC.
